For a period of time overnight CloudInspect was generating blank or corrupted PDFs. This issue appears to have been resolved, however we are monitoring the situation.
Any reports that were delivered to ISN as empty PDFs will need to be resubmitted from CloudInspect. In ISN, on the inspection details page, you should be able to verify via file size or by downloading the report and trying to open it. Here is a screenshot showing a report that wasn’t working having been replaced by a second upload:
